we have immediately notified the data center and China Telecom to repair the failure,
the time of failure is the evening of our South Africa time, due to the covid-19, We cannot enter the data center to fix it in person.
We can only wait for the engineers of China Telecom and the data center to fix it,Their engineers started working time is from 9:00 on GM+2,
causing delays in the restoration of our network.
Now that the network has been fully restored, you can continue to use our services.
For the affected customers, we will compensate each affected customer for 2 weeks soon.
